On Tuesday, October 9th, visiting scholar Rabbi Sandra Lawson will be hosting various events co-sponsored by Slifka Center, Office for LGBTQ Resources, the Afro American Cultural Center, Chaplain’s Office, and W{holy} Queer.  She is one of the first black and queer ordained rabbis as well as a sociologist, personal trainer, food activist, weightlifter, writer, public speaker, and musician. Check out her schedule:
